Als Senior Manager Accountancy & Advice help je mkb- en internationale klanten met complexe vraagstukken. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde AA-opleiding - Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring in de accountancy - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bewezen leidinggevende ervaring, waardoor je op elk niveau een gesprekspartner bent - Vaardigheden om het team te motiveren, aan te sturen en te begeleiden naar verdere groei en successen - Diepgaande kennis en ervaring met een klantenportefeuille in de mkb+ en DGA-praktijk en/of internationale praktijk - Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een goed netwerk van klanten - Zelfstandigheid, motivatie voor innovatieve oplossingen en vooruitstrevend denken - Integriteit en professionaliteit in alles wat je doet Wij zoeken een trusted advisor die klanten persoonlijk adviseert en sterke relaties weet op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Je hebt een scherp oog voor ontwikkelingen en weet verbinding te creëren binnen het team, waarbij samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan.
