Wat ga je doen? Je werkt zelfstandig aan het stelsel van kwaliteitsbeheersing en bent een sparringpartner voor de Compliance Officer. Je analyseert en adviseert over verbeteringen die ertoe doen voor de organisatie. Je werkt aan compliance wet- en regelgeving en binnen onze praktijk voor onze nationale en internationale klanten. Je houdt je bezig met het: - Beoordelen van interne processen en beleidsvoorstellen op naleving van wet- en regelgeving; - Meewerken aan klantacceptaties, kwaliteitstoetsingen en oorzakenanalyses; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten; - Het onderzoeken en opvolgen van incidenten en onregelmatigheden in de praktijk; - Monitoren van wijzigingen in regelgeving en adviseren over impact op beleid en systemen; - Proactief optimaliseren van procedures en versterken van compliance binnen de organisatie. Wat neem je mee? • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring binnen de accountancypraktijk; • Afgeronde RA-opleiding en affiniteit met kwaliteitsbeheersing; • Kritische, integere en analytische houding met oog voor het publieke belang; • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om complexe regelgeving begrijpelijk te maken voor collega's op alle niveaus.
