Als Senior Medewerker Financiële Administratie vervul je een belangrijke rol bij het bevorderen van financiële efficiëntie en het waarborgen van een solide financiële basis voor de organisatie. In deze functie werk je zelfstandig aan diverse werkzaamheden binnen de financiële administratie. Daarnaast word je betrokken bij afsluitingen, interne controles, financiële analyses en managementrapportages. Je krijgt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen en je kennis en ervaring binnen het financiële vakgebied te verbreden. Je maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Finance & Control en rapporteert aan de Financieel Controller. De functie wordt uitgevoerd vanuit het kantoor in Zeist. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de zorgvuldige, betrouwbare en tijdige uitvoering van periodiek terugkerende werkzaamheden binnen de financiële, zorg- en salarisadministratie, waaronder: - Het verwerken van de kas- en bankmutaties, inkoop- en verkoop facturen. - Het verwerken van de declaraties naar zorgverzekeraars (Vecozo). - Het zelfstandig verwerken en controleren van mutaties voor de salarisadministratie. - Het controleren en uitvoeren van inkooporders. - Het overleggen met interne en externe partijen over betalingen. - Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer. - Het zorgdragen voor een correcte archivering van alle boekhoudkundige documenten Naarmate je groeit in de functie, word je steeds meer betrokken bij: - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van werkzaamheden ten behoeve van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, waaronder het opstellen van specificaties, aansluitingen, o...
