Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie niet alleen klopt, maar ook klaar is voor de toekomst. Je neemt het voortouw, adviseert collega's en helpt het team groeien. Je houdt overzicht, ziet kansen voor verbetering en zorgt ervoor dat processen zorgvuldig en volgens de juiste richtlijnen verlopen. Samen met collega's uit verschillende teams zorg je ervoor dat financiële informatie tijdig, volledig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is. Jij verbindt mensen, deelt kennis en haalt het beste uit de samenwerking. Transparant: Jij maakt complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk. Met heldere adviezen en duidelijke rapportages zorg je ervoor dat collega's en bestuurders altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Dit ga jij bij ons doen: - Je coördineert en bewaakt onze financiële beheerprocessen. Je zorgt dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen, bewaakt belangrijke deadlines en signaleert tijdig knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor financieel beheer. Je adviseert collega's, budgetbeheerders, P&C-medewerkers en de teammanager over financieel-administratieve vraagstukken en deelt actief je kennis. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van de financiële administratie. Je voert controles uit, maakt aansluitingen, signaleert risico's en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan een betrouwbare administratie en jaarrekenin...
