The posting

Bij CLEVR staat digitale transformatie centraal door de implementatie van Siemens en Mendix oplossingen voor diverse sectoren zoals productie, retail en energie. We gebruiken PLM, MOM/MES en low-code technologieën om productieprocessen te optimaliseren en bedrijfsprocessen te automatiseren, met integratie naar systemen als SAP, IBM en Salesforce. Jouw rol Als Lead Mendix Specialist begeleid je klanten bij het inzetten van low-code applicaties met AI-functionaliteiten. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt deze naar effectieve oplossingen op het Mendix platform, waarbij je innovatieve AI-technologieën inzet. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega's om digitale kansen te identificeren en passende oplossingen te ontwerpen. Daarnaast coach je collega-consultants, ondersteun je in pre-sales en projectplanning en draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van onze expertise op het gebied van Mendix en AI. Wie we zoeken - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Mendix, met aantoonbare kennis van applicatieontwerp, architectuur en development, ondersteund door een Advanced of Expert certificering. - Ervaren in het vertalen van zakelijke wensen naar schaalbare Mendix oplossingen, inclusief kennis van Studio Pro, domeinmodellering, microflows, security en modulair ontwerp. - Bekend met integratiepatronen en cloudomgevingen zoals REST API's, microservices, Mendix Cloud, Azure of AWS. - Sterke advies- en klantgerichte vaardigheden, met ervaring in workshops, stakeholdermanagement en het verbinden van business met technologie en AI. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, mentorcapaciteiten en commerciële inzicht. - Interesse in of ervaring met AI binnen Mendix, zoals Maia, GenAI connectors, ML Kit en kennis van AI concepten zoals LLM, prompt engineering en RAG. - Vloeiend in Engels, Nederlands is een pré.
