Bij een technisch projectorganisatie in Weert werk je aan industriële besturingstechniek, automatisering en het verplaatsen van productielijnen. Als Senior Monteur Besturingstechniek combineer je zelfstandig elektrotechnisch montagewerk met de dagelijkse aansturing van monteurs en onderaannemers. Je begeleidt projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en bewaakt daarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang. De installaties variëren van transportbanden en assemblagelijnen tot procesinstallaties voor batch- en continue productie. In de praktijk lees en reviseer je besturingsschema’s, organiseer je installatiewerk en zorg je dat materialen en materieel beschikbaar zijn. Bij inbedrijfstelling en storingen bied je eerstelijnsondersteuning aan PLC-besturingen, onder andere van Siemens en Beckhoff. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met klanten, bouwpartners en het projectteam en helpt collega’s hun technische aanpak te verbeteren. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis én zet je jouw ervaring in om het team sterker te maken. Functie-inhoud - Coördineren en uitvoeren van besturingstechnische projecten en verplaatsingen van productielijnen - Zelfstandig installeren en reviseren van elektrotechnische installaties en besturingsschema’s - Plannen en verdelen van installatiewerk en aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers - Bewaken van planning, urenregistratie, werkbegroting en beschikbaarheid van materialen en materieel - Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en toepasselijke ATEX-richtlijnen - Bieden van eerstelijns PLC-ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstelling en storingen aan Siemens- en Beckhoff-besturingen - Afstemmen met klanten en bouwpartners en coachen van collega’s tijdens de uitvoering Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 4-werk- en -denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Meer dan 10 jaar ervaring als monteur in industriële automatisering, met ervaring in leidinggeven en projectbegeleiding - VCA-VOL en NEN 3140-certificaat, of bereidheid deze te behalen - Ervaring met le.
