Den Haag, Zuid-Holland, Nederland Opdrachtomschrijving Senior .NET Developer • C# & REST API • Zorg Voor een organisatie binnen de Rijksoverheid zoeken wij een Senior .NET Developer die bijdraagt aan de modernisering en verdere ontwikkeling van een belangrijk digitaal systeem voor persoonsgebonden budgetten binnen de zorg. Je ontwikkelt hoogwaardige fullstack .NET-oplossingen, realiseert integraties met externe systemen en werkt aan nieuwe functionaliteiten en portalen voor verschillende gebruikersgroepen. Rol & context Binnen een omvangrijke digitale zorgketen wordt gewerkt aan de verdere professionalisering van een systeem dat de uitvoering en financiële afhandeling van persoonsgebonden budgetten ondersteunt. Het systeem verbindt verschillende partijen, waaronder budgethouders, zorgverleners, gemeenten, zorgkantoren en uitvoeringsorganisaties. De applicatie bestaat uit een zorgdomein en een financieel domein, die via systeemkoppelingen met elkaar communiceren. Als Senior .NET Developer werk je aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en het structureel verbeteren van bestaande software. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel front-end- als back-endontwikkeling en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de .NET-architectuur. Je maakt onderbouwde technische keuzes, schrijft onderhoudbare en efficiënte code en hebt aandacht voor prestaties, beveiliging en optimalisatie. Daarnaast ontwikkel je koppelingen met externe systemen en webportalen voor verschillende stakeholders. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het testen van je eigen werk en werkt binnen een Agile-omgeving waarin requirements in samenwerking met stakeholders verder worden uitgewerkt.
