- Senior Omgevingsmanager Jij brengt als ervaren omgevingsmanager technisch ontwerp en de samenleving dichter bij elkaar. Vanaf de start werk je samen met diverse partijen aan waterveiligheid en droge voeten. In deze rol krijg je alle ruimte voor jouw eigen inbreng en creatieve ideeën. We horen graag van je! - Locatie: Leiden - Minimum salaris: € 4.780,- - Maximum salaris: € 6.583,- - Uren per week: 32-36 uur Dit ga je doen als Senior Omgevingsmanager Bij Rijnland neem je in deze functie direct de leiding over lopende projecten voor regionale keringen. Je betrekt inwoners, bedrijven en overheden bij de verschillende projecten voor het versterken van de keringen. Je onderzoekt op welke manier hun belangen kunnen worden meegenomen in het ontwerp en de uitvoering. Daarbij werk je samen in een IPM-team en met specialisten van Rijnland en externe bureaus. Ook zorg je dat alle conditionerende onderzoeken en vergunningen op tijd geregeld zijn. Als omgevingsmanager zorg jij voor een goede verbinding tussen het project en de stakeholders. Daarbij is er aandacht voor wetten, bestuurlijke processen en wat er leeft in de maatschappij. Samenwerken met collega's is belangrijk, net als het duidelijk vastleggen van alle resultaten. Werken doe je op kantoor, thuis of op locatie waar het project dat vraagt. Door jouw inzet lopen de projecten goed en weet iedereen precies waar men aan toe is. Jouw 3 belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Voeren van (strategisch) overleg met bewoners, bedrijven en overheden over de projecten voor dijkversterking; - Coördineren van alle conditionerende onderzoeken en vergunningen voor een goede start van de uitvoering; - Aansturen en begeleiden van omgevingsadviseurs en externe bureaus om de projectdoelen op tijd te halen.
