Techniek draait hier op volle kracht. Jij zorgt dat machines blijven werken en storingen snel worden opgelost. Met jouw technische kennis en praktische aanpak houd je de productie draaiende. Klaar voor een afwisselende baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is? Wat ga je doen?Als Senior Onderhoudsmonteur Technische Dienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor het technisch onderhoud. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven werken en dat storingen snel worden opgelost. Je werkt zelfstandig aan complexe technische problemen en schakelt met collega’s wanneer extra kennis of ondersteuning nodig is. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit, analyseert storingen en bepaalt welke oplossing nodig is. Daarbij werk je met mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische onderdelen. Je controleert machines, voert metingen uit en zorgt dat onderdelen op de juiste manier worden vervangen of afgesteld. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het machinepark en over manieren om storingen te voorkomen. Als Senior Onderhoudsmonteur Technische Dienst neem je daarnaast collega Monteurs mee in de werkzaamheden. Je legt uit wat er moet gebeuren, geeft praktische aanwijzingen en begeleidt collega’s bij technische werkzaamheden. Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring, zodat monteurs zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen en werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de juiste werkwijze worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt overzicht tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt voor een goede afstemming met de technische dienst en de productie. Ook leg je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en storingen vast in het onderhoudssysteem. Met jouw technische kennis, rustige aanpak en coachende houding zorg je samen met collega monteurs voor een betrouwbaar en goed onderhouden machinepark. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties; - Begeleiden van collega Monteurs; - Opsporen en oplossen van technische stor.
