Dit is geen reguliere operatorfunctie waarin je uitsluitend een bestaand proces draait. De organisatie staat voor de ontwikkeling en ingebruikname van een nieuwe installatie voor de verwerking van gevaarlijke afvalstromen. Jij wordt vanaf de ontwikkel- en commissioningfase betrokken en groeit uiteindelijk door naar de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze installatie én een eigen team van operators. Je begint bewust in de bestaande fabriek. Daar leer je het huidige verwerkingsproces kennen en draai je mee met het productieteam. Je werkt met een installatie voor het verwerken van afvalstromen die verontreinigd. Veiligheid, milieu en procesbeheersing spelen daardoor een belangrijke rol. Van daaruit verschuift jouw aandacht steeds verder naar de nieuwe installatie. Functieomschrijving • Meedraaien in het bestaande productieproces en de techniek volledig leren kennen • Ovens wisselen en productie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren • Verwerkingsresultaten beoordelen en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren • Storingen, onderhoud en technische afwijkingen beoordelen • Technische tekeningen en P&ID's bestuderen en beoordelen • Meedenken over de keuze en detaillering van de nieuwe procestechniek • Overleggen met engineers, machinebouwers, leveranciers en aannemers • Machinebouwers bezoeken voor technische en kwaliteitscontroles • Meewerken aan HAZOP's en veiligheidsvraagstukken • Een onderhoudsplan en commissioning-aanpak helpen opstellen • Meedenken over ...
