The posting

Bij een offshore energieproducent op de Nederlandse Noordzee combineer je procesbediening met elektrotechniek en instrumentatie. Als Senior Operator E&I Technician werk je op satellietplatformen en hoofdcomplexen, met Den Helder als standplaats. Je bewaakt gasscheiding, droging en compressie, grotendeels vanuit de centrale controlekamer. Daarnaast zorg je voor betrouwbaar functionerende energievoorzieningen, hoogspanningsinstallaties en meet- en regelsystemen. Je grijpt in bij procesafwijkingen en storingen, met veilige en continue productie als uitgangspunt. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je procesbewaking af met inspecties, preventief onderhoud en het kalibreren van instrumentatie. Je gebruikt DCS-systemen, PLC's, P&ID's en gespecialiseerde meetapparatuur om afwijkingen te beoordelen en oorzaken te achterhalen. Je stemt prioriteiten af met de teamleider en werkt samen met onshore engineers en externe specialisten. Training en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling helpen je om je kennis van offshore procesvoering, elektrische installaties en beveiligingssystemen verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Gasproductie bewaken via de controlekamer, alarmen en inspecties; afwijkingen beoordelen en bijsturen - Monsters nemen, eenvoudige analyses uitvoeren en productieafwijkingen rapporteren - Preventief onderhoud en storingsherstel uitvoeren aan elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatie - Meet- en regelapparatuur controleren, kalibreren en waar nodig vervangen of bijstellen - Werkvergunningen en risico's beoordelen, laagrisicowerk autoriseren en hoogrisicowerk escaleren - Externe werkzaamheden voorbereiden en begeleiden volgens veiligheidsprocedures en relevante wetgeving - Productiegegevens, onderhoud, materiaalverbruik en tijdsbesteding vastleggen in logboeken Functie-eisen - Mbo niveau 3/4 in elektrotechniek, procestechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Aantoonbare ervaring met energieopwekking, procesbesturing en elektrotechnische installaties - Kennis van DCS, PLC.
