Voedselproductie 5 oktober 2026 Weert Mbo €3.400 - €4.100 40 uur Vast contract Wat je gaat doen Als (Senior) Operator op de pasteurisatieafdeling ben jij hét operationeel aanspreekpunt voor jouw ploeg. Je werkt actief mee aan het pasteuriseren, begeleidt je collega's in de uitvoering, en zorgt dat alles veilig, schoon en volgens planning verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, coacht collega's en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Concreet betekent dat: - Je bereidt en pasteuriseert volgens klantspecificaties - Je stuurt 2 collega-operators aan tijdens de dienst - Je bedient en bewaakt de pasteurisatieapparatuur via SCADA (Citect) - Je signaleert storingen en lost kleine technische problemen zelfstandig op - Je verdeelt de taken in de ploeg en bewaakt de voortgang - Je controleert actief op hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteit (HACCP / BRC) - Je voert basiscontroles uit zoals temperatuurmetingen en kalibraties - Je ondersteunt bij inpakken, laden/lossen en klaarzetten van product voor verzending Wat je meebrengt - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting levensmiddelen- of procestechnologie - Je hebt ervaring in een food/productieomgeving - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's - Je bent communicatief sterk, proactief en technisch handig - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal - Je bent beschikbaar in 2-ploegen - Kennis van HACCP, BRC of het nemen van monsters?
