In deze tijdelijke opdracht krijg je de ruimte om complexe P&O-vraagstukken zelfstandig te begeleiden en mee te bouwen aan heldere besluitvorming binnen Gemeente Stein. Als Senior P&O Adviseur werk je binnen Team Financiën & Organisatie aan organisatieontwikkeling en personele vraagstukken. Je overziet het traject van analyse tot implementatie en zorgt dat organisatiewijzigingen zorgvuldig, juridisch onderbouwd en bestuurlijk goed voorbereid worden uitgewerkt. - Je begeleidt organisatiewijzigingen van A tot Z en vertaalt gevolgen naar formatie, personeel en rechtspositie. - Je bereidt besluitvorming voor richting MT en college en stemt inhoudelijk af met directie en management. - Je voert medezeggenschapstrajecten uit en stelt advies- en instemmingsaanvragen voor de OR op. - Je bewaakt samenhang met Cao Gemeenten, WOR en relevante arbeidsrechtelijke kaders. - Je schakelt zorgvuldig tussen belangen, deadlines en kwaliteit, zodat het proces stevig staat. Functie-eisen Je brengt senioriteit mee en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar feiten, zorgvuldigheid en bestuurlijke verhoudingen samenkomen. Jij weet hoe je complexe P&O-vraagstukken vertaalt naar werkbare adviezen en onderbouwde keuzes. - Minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen P&O/HR. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Aantoonbare ervaring met gemeentelijke organisatiewijzigingen. - Ruime ervaring met medezeggenschap, OR-trajecten en de WOR. - Kennis van Cao Gemeenten, arbeidsrecht en besluitvorming via MT, college en OR.
