Paid Ads Specialist (Senior) Omschrijving Bij Red Panda Works bouwen we B2B-marketing systemen voor scale-ups en MKB+. Paid ads is daarin een belangrijke motor. We zoeken een Senior Paid Ads Specialist die energie krijgt van strak ingerichte accounts, betrouwbare tracking en campagnes die elke week beter worden. Waarom deze rol ertoe doet Strategie is pas waardevol als het goed wordt uitgevoerd. Jij zorgt dat campagnes solide live gaan, tracking klopt en budgetten gecontroleerd worden ingezet. Je werkt samen met een Client Success Manager en specialisten uit het Ads-team. Over Red Panda Works Wij zijn een strategisch B2B-marketingbureau voor scale-ups en MKB+ bedrijven. We houden niet van "u vraagt, wij draaien", maar bouwen systemen voor duurzame groei. We zijn gek op technologie, snelheid en eigenaarschap. We werken mega veel met AI en zullen je hier dan ook heel veel in leren. (We hebben zelfs een zusterbedrijf NinA AI Agency). De sfeer? Vlot en ambitieus. We werken hard, maar lachen nog harder. Wat ga je doen? - Bouwen & Uitvoeren : Jij zet de campagnes op in LinkedIn Ads en Google Ads. - Techniek & Settings : Je zorgt dat tracking, doelgroepen en budgetten foutloos staan. - Monitoren : Jij ziet als eerste of een campagne lekker loopt of aandacht nodig heeft. - Optimaliseren : Je voert A/B tests uit en past biedingen aan. - Experimenteren : Je mag losgaan op nieuwe kanalen zoals YouTube of Meta. - Meedenken over tooling, automation en AI-toepassingen in je werk. - Leren : Je zuigt kennis op als een spons en past het direct toe.
