Heb jij oog voor techniek en krijg je energie van een perfect opgebouwde schakelkast? Als Senior Panelenbouwer werk je zelfstandig aan elektrische panelen en besturingskasten die worden ingezet voor mobiele en tijdelijke technische installaties. Je combineert vakmanschap met technisch inzicht en zorgt dat iedere aansluiting, bedrading en beveiliging klopt. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over technische verbeteringen en complexe oplossingen. Wat ga je doen?Voor onze opdrachtgever ben je als Senior Panelenbouwer verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opbouwen, bedraden en testen van elektrische panelen en schakelkasten. Je leest elektrotechnische schema’s en bepaalt aan de hand daarvan welke componenten nodig zijn en hoe deze correct worden gemonteerd. Je werkt met onder andere klemmenstroken, relais, voedingen, frequentieregelaars, PLC-componenten en verschillende beveiligingen. Daarnaast verzorg je industriële bekabeling en controleer je aansluitingen, bedrading en componenten op werking en veiligheid. Je voert elektrische metingen uit met onder andere een multimeter en isolatiemeter en analyseert afwijkingen wanneer een paneel niet correct functioneert. Bij technische problemen spoor je bedradings- en aansluitfouten op en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Je denkt actief mee over een nette, efficiënte en technisch betrouwbare opbouw van panelen en besturingskasten. Bij complexere projecten stem je de technische werkzaamheden af met monteurs, werkvoorbereiding en andere disciplines. Jouw werkzaamheden - Zelfstandig opbouwen, monteren en bedraden van elektrische panelen, schakelkasten en verdeelinrichtingen; - Lezen en interpreteren van elektrotechnische schema’s en technische tekeningen; - Monteren en aansluiten van klemmenstroken, relais, voedingen, frequentieregelaars, PLC-componenten en beveiligingen; - Aanleggen en aansluiten van industriële bekabeling, kabels en aders volgens technische schema’s; - Uitvoeren van elektrische metingen en controles..
