  • Gedegen advies verlenen rond sociaal-juridische vraagstukken, waarmee je klanten helpt om heldere en werkbare oplossingen te implementeren op de werkvloer.
  • Bestaande workflows kritisch onder de loep nemen om zo efficiënte verbeteringstrajecten uit te rollen die de hele afdeling kostbare tijd opleveren.
  • Optreden als een betrouwbaar klankbord tijdens langlopende HR-projecten, waarbij je de koers vakkundig bijstuurt waar processen vlotter kunnen.
  • Soepel navigeren tussen de spelregels van verschillende paritaire comités, wat je elke dag de nodige intellectuele variatie en diepgang garandeert.

Jouw profiel als Senior Payroll Consultant

  • Een mooie basis van een vijftal jaar werkervaring in payroll vormt jouw fundament, waarbij een achtergrond bij een sociaal secretariaat een flinke troef is.
  • Communiceren gaat je heel natuurlijk af in zowel het Nederlands, Frans als Engels, wat open overleg met verschillende partijen enorm vergemakkelijkt.
  • Anderen kennen jou als iemand met een groot gevoel voor eigenaarschap, die uiterst discreet en accuraat omspringt met gevoelige data.
  • Beschikken over een geldig rijbewijs B is handig om op een comfortabele manier tot bij de contactpersonen op locatie te geraken.
