Unser Kunde ist ein sehr erfolgreiches Konzernunternehmen in Wien.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Übernahme von Betreuung der Mitarbeiter:innen während des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt (Erstellung von Dienstverträgen, An- und Abmeldungen bei der GKK, Vereinbarungen, Zeiterfassung, etc.)

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung von mehreren Gesellschaften und Standorten

* Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten z.B. im Bereich der Digitalisierung oder bei Prozessoptimierungen

* Beratung als HR-Sparringpartner für Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte und Unterstützung bei administrativen, sozial- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen

* Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Ämtern und Banken

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports sowie Monitoring von KPIs

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, BMD-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Kommunikationssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

* Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis gepaart mit sehr guten Excel-Kenntnissen

* Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Eigeninitiative und Hands-on Mentalität

Das gebotene Gehaltspaket: Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 60.000, - Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
