Als Senior Pensioenspecialist bij Capgemini Pensioen Services combineer je diepgaande pensioenkennis met leiderschap en procesverbetering. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze pensioenuitvoering voor een van de grootste pensioenfondsen van Nederland. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's, werkgevers, deelnemers en andere stakeholders aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. In deze rol werk je aan: - Het beoordelen en uitvoeren van complexe pensioenberekeningen en administratieve vraagstukken - Het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's, werkgevers, pensioenfondsrelaties en andere stakeholders - Het adviseren over pensioenwetgeving, pensioenadministratie en uitvoeringsvraagstukken - Het initiëren, ontwerpen en implementeren van proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen binnen de pensioenuitvoering - Het ontwikkelen van werkinstructies, standaarden en beleid ter ondersteuning van een consistente dienstverlening - Het coachen en begeleiden van junior en medior pensioenspecialisten in hun professionele ontwikkeling - Het toepassen van technologie en data-gedreven oplossingen om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken.
