Je zorgt ervoor dat complexe berekeningen en mutaties correct, volledig en zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd, vastgelegd en gecontroleerd. Je bent sterk in het doorgronden van complexe pensioenvraagstukken en hebt oog voor detail. Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om onderbouwingen, beslissingen en berekeningen zorgvuldig te documenteren, zodat dossiers navolgbaar, controleerbaar en overdraagbaar zijn. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze pensioenuitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Operations, Product Management, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Juridische Zaken, IT en externe leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat pensioenprocessen inhoudelijk correct worden uitgevoerd en vastgelegd. Wat ga je doen? • Analyseren van complexe pensioenvraagstukken en pensioendossiers. • Opstellen, uitvoeren, controleren en documenteren van pensioen- en financiële berekeningen. • Doorrekenen van verschillende scenario's en het beoordelen van de gevolgen voor deelnemers en werkgevers. • Zorgvuldig vastleggen van uitgangspunten, berekeningen, beoordelingen en besluiten in dossiers. • Controleren van berekeningen, mutaties en pensioenuitkomsten op juistheid, volledigheid en consistentie. • Signaleren, onderzoeken en documenteren van afwijkingen en risico's binnen de pensioenuitvoering. • Opstellen van werkinstructies, procesbeschrijvingen en inhoudelijke richtlijnen. • Beoordelen van processen, wijzigingen en implementaties op pensioeninhoudelijke juistheid en uitvoerbaarheid. • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aan...
