Je helpt pensioeninstellingen met hun risicomanagement en draagt zo bij aan de succesvolle pensioentransitie. Tegelijkertijd bouw je de Risk-pilaar binnen het Segment Pensions op, van het opbouwen van proposities tot het creëren van commerciële kansen en (op termijn) het uitbreiden van het team. In deze rol combineer je jouw inhoudelijke ervaring en ondernemerschap, en heb je direct impact op de groeidoelstellingen van ITDS. Klinkt dat als iets voor jou? Juist die combinatie maakt 'm interessant. Je opereert in een duidelijke dubbelrol: je voert projecten uit bij pensioenuitvoerders, -fondsen en -verzekeraars op het gebied van IT- en operational risk, vaak in de rol van inhoudelijk expert maar soms ook als project- of programmamanager; daarnaast heb je een leidende rol in het opzetten van Risk binnen het Segment Pensions. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering, tussen inhoud en relatie, tussen adviseren en ondernemen. Concreet ga je: - Opdrachten uitvoeren / leiden op het gebied van IT - en Operational Risk voor verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de pensioensector. - Optreden als trusted advisor voor onze klanten op het gebied van risico management. - Samen met de Directeur Pensions en Sales marktproposities ontwikkelen om zo de dienstverlening van ITDS te verbreden. - Commerciële kansen identificeren en samen met Sales de voetafdruk van ITDS ...
