Binnen Stedelijke Ontwikkeling zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Planeconoom/ Financieel Adviseur Gebiedsontwikkeling . Je aandachtsgebied ligt bij het herstructureringslocaties en gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. De ruimtelijke plannen initieer, begeleid en toets jij in financieel-economische zin. Jij brengt financiële kennis en expertise van gebiedsontwikkeling mee en inzicht in de financiële belangen van betrokken partijen. Je gaat aan de slag met financiële haalbaarheid berekeningen, kostenverhaal, risicoanalyses en exploitatieberekeningen van ruimtelijke plannen. Deze worden door jou voorbereid, opgesteld en herzien. Heb jij een brede kijk op ruimtelijke ontwikkeling? Durf je ook naar de toekomst te kijken? En heb je een bredere blik dan alleen je eigen vakgebied? En vind je het leuk om te adviseren over projecten en over (toekomstige) financiële effecten op project en programmaniveau? Reageer dan vooral! Wat je gaat doen - Je adviseert (in financiële zin) bij herstructurerings- en ontwikkelingsplannen, inbreidingsplannen en gebiedsontwikkeling vraagstukken. - Je bent onderdeel van multidisciplinaire projectteams. Je bewaakt de financiële kaders voor binnenstedelijke ontwikkelprojecten. Je stelt vanuit jouw rol onder andere grondexploitatieberekeningen, exploitatieplannen, haalbaarheidsstudies en risicoanalyses op en signaleert tijdig kansen en risico's. - Financiële advisering bij subsidie aanvragen en verantwoording. - Je vervult een actieve...
