The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële afzuiging, filtering en klimaatinstallaties in Harskamp werk je als Senior PLC Engineer aan de besturing van machines en complete installaties. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar functionele specificaties, overzichtelijke PLC-software en betrouwbare koppelingen met SCADA- en gebouwbeheersystemen. Daarbij begeleid je automatiseringsprojecten van ontwerp tot oplevering en draag je de technische eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de besturing. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren en testen af met technische afstemming, inbedrijfstelling en storingsanalyse op locatie. Je werkt samen met monteurs en projectteams, bespreekt de voortgang met klanten en helpt junior en medior programmeurs bij technische keuzes. Duidelijke softwarestructuren, bruikbare documentatie en standaardisatie krijgen daarbij nadrukkelijk aandacht. Je verdiept je vakkennis via interne en externe opleidingen en krijgt ruimte om verbeteringen in software en installaties door te voeren. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren, testen en inbedrijfstellen van complexe PLC-besturingen. - Klantwensen vertalen naar functionele en technische specificaties. - Communicatie realiseren tussen installaties, SCADA- en gebouwbeheersystemen. - Projecten technisch begeleiden van ontwerp tot oplevering en afstemmen met klanten en projectteams. - Monteurs ondersteunen bij complexe storingen en installaties en software optimaliseren. - Softwarekwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, standaardisatie en documentatie bewaken. - Junior en medior PLC-programmeurs begeleiden en adviseren tijdens project- en onderhoudsoverleg. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal mbo+/hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of besturingstechniek. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als PLC-programmeur en aantoonbare ervaring met complexe automatiseringsprojecten. - Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van PLC-programmering, bij voorkeur met Siemens TIA Portal. - Je heb.
