Als senior portfoliomanager werk je op strategisch niveau bij opdrachtgevers in het publieke domein, zoals ministeries, uitvoeringsorganisaties, provincies of zelfstandige bestuursorganen. Je helpt bestuurders en directeuren om koers te houden in een complexe omgeving vol verandering. Jij brengt structuur aan in het veranderportfolio, verbindt strategie aan uitvoering en zorgt voor een bestuurbaar geheel. Daarmee draag je concreet bij aan maatschappelijke opgaven. Wat je doet? - Je richt portfoliosturing in of verbetert deze, altijd maatwerk en afgestemd op de organisatiecultuur. - Je helpt bij het prioriteren van initiatieven en het versterken van besluitvorming. - Je creëert inzicht en overzicht, ook in organisaties met een lage verandercapaciteit. - Je verbindt mensen, doelen en middelen - en maakt spanningen bespreekbaar. - Je fungeert als strategisch adviseur én als implementator. Wat vragen wij? - Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in portfoliomanagement, bij voorkeur bij (semi-) overheidsorganisaties. - Diepgaande kennis van verandermanagement, bestuurlijke processen en governance. - Ervaring met methodieken als Agile, MoP, P3O, SAFe of vergelijkbaar - en het vermogen om daar flexibel mee om te gaan. - Een academisch werk- en denkniveau (Bedrijfskunde, Bestuurskunde, of verwant). - Sterk ontwikkelde analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Sensitiviteit voor politiek-bestuurlijke verhoudingen. - Positief kritische interesse in de ontwikkeling van AI en de toepassing daarvan bij portfoliomanagement binnen de (semi-)overheid.
