Bij een ontwikkelaar van apparatuur voor de halfgeleiderindustrie in Almere geef je technisch richting aan control engineering voor mechatronische systemen. Je richt je vooral op temperatuurregeling voor VF-toepassingen, waarbij je regelalgoritmen en modellen voor meerzoneverwarming verbetert. Daarbij verbind je regeltechnische prestaties aan het fysieke ontwerp: je vertaalt eisen aan de regeling naar hardware-eisen voor verwarmingselementen. Zo werk je op het snijvlak van systeemgedrag, thermische processen en hardwareontwikkeling. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je diepgaande analyse met hands-on werk aan regelsystemen. Je onderzoekt hoe de regeling beter kan presteren en hoe de inrichting en bediening van de regelomgeving eenvoudiger kunnen. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers uit elektrotechniek, software, procestechnologie en werktuigbouwkunde en rapporteert aan de leidinggevende van Hardware Engineering. Ontwikkelprogramma’s ondersteunen je verdere vakinhoudelijke groei, terwijl je jouw ervaring inzet bij multidisciplinaire ontwerpkeuzes. Functie-inhoud - Technisch richting geven aan control engineering, met nadruk op temperatuurregeling voor VF-toepassingen - Regelalgoritmen en modellen voor meerzoneverwarming continu verbeteren - Regeltechnische eisen vertalen naar hardware-eisen voor het ontwerp van verwarmingselementen - De inrichting en bediening van de regelomgeving voor VF-verwarming vereenvoudigen - Regelsystemen hands-on onderzoeken en verbeteringen toetsen aan het systeemgedrag - Ontwerpkeuzes afstemmen met electrical, software, process, mechanical en common engineering Functie-eisen - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met control engineering voor mechatronische systemen - Een master in control engineering of regeltechniek; een PhD is een pré - Je kunt praktisch en hands-on aan regelsystemen werken - Je analyseert complexe systeemvraagstukken en verdiept je in technische details - Je communiceert helder met andere engineeringdisciplines en spreekt en sc.
