De opdracht heeft een duidelijke resultaatgerichte focus. Je begeleidt de organisatie richting Wpg-audit readiness en zorgt daarnaast voor concrete opleveringen op het gebied van privacybeleid, het verwerkingsregister, verwerkersovereenkomsten en privacy governance. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen het team Privacy & Informatiebeveiliging en stemt vanuit jouw expertise af met onder andere de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming, management en proceseigenaren. Functie Als Senior Privacy Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en verder professionaliseren van een aantal belangrijke privacy- en Wpg-resultaten. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is het voorbereiden van de organisatie op de Wpg-audit. Je zorgt voor een compleet en aantoonbaar controledossier, beoordeelt beschikbare audit-evidence, adviseert over verbetermaatregelen en bewaakt de opvolging van bevindingen. Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit: Begeleiden van de organisatie richting Wpg-audit readiness; Opbouwen en beoordelen van controledossiers en audit-evidence; Adviseren over verbetermaatregelen en opvolging van auditbevindingen; Opzetten en opleveren van een bruikbaar en aantoonbaar werkend verwerkingsregister; Ontwikkelen van een raamwerk voor de beoordeling en toepassing van verwerkersovereenkomsten; Zelfstandig uitvoeren en begeleiden van DPIA's; A...
