In deze rol adviseer je grote organisaties over hun inkoop- en financiële processen en neem je de regie van analyse en advies tot implementatie en borging. € 6950 Bunnik HBO ICT Wat ga je doen als Senior Proces Consultant S2P? Als Senior Proces Consultant leid je complexe verbeter- en implementatietrajecten binnen het Procurement domein. Organisaties worstelen met handmatige goedkeuringsstromen, versnipperde systemen, onvoldoende grip op spend en processen die niet goed aansluiten op de praktijk. Jij doorgrondt de volledige keten, brengt belangen van verschillende afdelingen samen en vertaalt jouw analyse naar een gedragen koers. Daarbij combineer je strategisch advies met praktische implementatiekracht en ben je voor de klant een stevige gesprekspartner op tactisch en strategisch niveau. Wat ga je doen in deze zelfstandige rol: Optimaliseren & borgen Je herontwerpt processen van sourcing en contractering tot bestellen, factureren en betalen. Je overziet de samenhang tussen processen, systemen, data en organisatie en zorgt dat verbeteringen meetbaar én duurzaam worden geborgd. Analyseren & adviseren Je voert zelfstandig nulmetingen en procesanalyses uit binnen Source-to-Pay en Purchase-to-Pay. Je identificeert knelpunten, bouwt overtuigende businesscases en vertaalt verbeterpotentieel naar een concreet plan van aanpak. Je adviseert stakeholders helder over keuzes, prioriteiten en impact. Selecteren & implementeren Je begeleidt klanten onafhankelijk bij marktoriëntatie en de selectie van S2P-software en systemen, zoals ERP-, DMS- en e-procurementoplossingen.
