Bij een kleinschalig automatiseringsbedrijf in Amersfoort ontwerp en implementeer je als Senior Process Control Engineer besturingsoplossingen voor industriële processen en informatiesystemen. Je neemt de technische lead van FEED-studie tot implementatie en inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij vertaal je procesvereisten en klantwensen naar een onderbouwde procescontrol- en safeguardingstrategie. Je werkt aan specificaties, technische standaarden en de samenhang tussen instrumentatie, procesbesturing en beveiliging, met P&ID’s als belangrijk vertrekpunt. In de dagelijkse praktijk stel je control narratives en cause-and-effectdiagrammen op, stem je keuzes af met de opdrachtgever en begeleid je het testen van de oplossing. Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met ervaren collega’s, waarbij je technische afwegingen helder uitlegt in het Nederlands en Engels. Ook advies en applicatietrainingen kunnen onderdeel zijn van je werk. Er is ruimte om je vakkennis verder te verdiepen en van collega’s te leren in een werkomgeving waarin persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Functie-inhoud - Voer FEED-studies uit en bewaak de technische lijn tot en met implementatie. - Stel requisities op voor instrumentatie en procescontrolsystemen. - Bepaal de procescontrol- en safeguardingstrategie en ontwikkel technische standaarden. - Vertaal P&ID’s naar control narratives en cause-and-effectdiagrammen. - Werk functionele en technische specificaties uit voor de besturingsoplossing. - Begeleid testen en inbedrijfstelling en stem technische keuzes af met de opdrachtgever. - Adviseer over procescontroloplossingen en verzorg waar nodig applicatietrainingen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Chemische Procestechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde. - Meerdere jaren ervaring met Process Control Engineering, bij voorkeur in (petro)chemie, olie en gas, farmacie of energie. - Kennis van SIL- en ATEX-richtlijnen en hun toepassing binnen industriële processen. - Bij v.
