Als Senior Process Control Engineer binnen de procesindustrie in Bergen op Zoom richt je je op betrouwbare procesbesturing en stabiele productieprocessen. Je vertaalt proceskennis naar regelstrategieën, besturingslogica en heldere bedieningsschermen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan afzonderlijke PLC- of DCS-functies: je beoordeelt de samenhang tussen instrumentatie, regelkringen, interlocks en alarmen. Je combineert technisch ontwerp met een praktische blik op veiligheid, onderhoudbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je procesgedrag, onderzoek je storingen en werk je verbeteringen uit met operators, maintenance en procesengineers. Je begeleidt wijzigingen van functionele specificatie tot test en ingebruikname, met aandacht voor documentatie en beheersbare productierisico’s. Als senior ben je een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega’s. Je verdiept je verder in regeltechniek, procesoptimalisatie en de integratie van besturingssystemen met industriële netwerken. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en verbeteren van regelstrategieën voor industriële productieprocessen - Opstellen en beoordelen van functionele specificaties, interlocks en alarmfilosofieën - Analyseren van procesdata en optimaliseren van PID-regelkringen - Begeleiden van wijzigingen aan PLC-, DCS- en SCADA-systemen - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van functionele tests en inbedrijfstellingen - Onderzoeken van besturingsstoringen samen met productie en maintenance - Technisch begeleiden van collega’s en bewaken van softwarekwaliteit en documentatie Functie-eisen - Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ruime ervaring met procesbesturing binnen industriële productieomgevingen - Grondige kennis van PLC- of DCS-systemen en HMI/SCADA - Ervaring met PID-regelingen, instrumentatie en het lezen van P&ID’s - Bekendheid met industriële communicatie, zoals PROFINET, Modbus of OPC UA - Vermogen om technische keuzes t.
