dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Senior Process Engineer werk je aan FEED-engineering, compressorinstallaties en procesveiligheid binnen een CO₂-transport- en opslagproject in Rotterdam. De functie Als Senior Process Engineer werk je aan de afronding van de FEED-engineering voor de uitbreiding van een compressorstation. Je ondersteunt bij technische interfacevraagstukken, ontwerpdocumentatie, berekeningen en veiligheidsstudies. Samen met de Engineering Manager, technische disciplines en externe engineeringpartijen bewaak je de kwaliteit, samenhang en voortgang van de engineering. Jouw taken - Afronden en coördineren van de FEED-engineering voor de uitbreiding van het compressorstation. - Ondersteunen bij het oplossen en afsluiten van openstaande technische interfacevraagstukken met een ander CO₂-project. - Opstellen en actualiseren van Heat & Material Balances. - Opstellen en aanpassen van equipment datasheets en equipment specifications. - Beoordelen en van opmerkingen voorzien van PFD's en P&ID's. - Uitvoeren en beoordelen van dispersieberekeningen. - Opvolgen en afsluiten van openstaande actiepunten uit HAZOP- en LOPA-studies. - Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit, consistentie en voortgang van engineeringdeliverables en afstemmen van technische vraagstukken met betrokken engineeringdisciplines en externe partijen. Wij vragen - Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen complexe multidisciplinaire engineeringprojecten én ruime ervaring met FEED-engineering van industriële procesinstallaties. - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechnologie of Chemical Engineering. - Aantoonbare kennis van Heat & Material Balances, equipment datasheets, PFD's en P&ID's. - Ervaring met dispersieberekeningen en HAZOP- en LOPA-studies. - Goede kennis van procesapparatuur, instrumentatie en procesveiligheid. - Ervaring met het coördineren en afstemmen van technische interfaces bi...
