Met meer dan 700 winkels en een snelgroeiende online omgeving bouwen we aan een soepele, persoonlijke en plezierige digitale ervaring, in de winkel én online. - Jouw nieuwe team Je gaat aan de slag binnen het Store Operations domein van Jumbo IT. Je stapt in een omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is. Het team rondom Mijn Taken wordt opgebouwd, waardoor je veel invloed hebt op de productvisie, de werkwijze en de keuzes die we maken. - Met wie werk je samen? Bart Gerritse Contactpersoon vacature Wat ga je doen? Als Product Designer geef je vorm aan Mijn Taken: een nieuw platform dat communicatie vanuit het hoofdkantoor, operationele werkzaamheden en relevante informatie samenbrengt voor onze winkelmedewerkers. Je onderzoekt hoe we collega's in onze winkels zo effectief mogelijk kunnen ondersteunen en vertaalt inzichten uit onderzoek naar een heldere productvisie, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen en gevalideerde ontwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers, stakeholders en jouw team om kansen te ontdekken, ideeën te toetsen en keuzes te onderbouwen. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om richting te geven aan een nieuw product en draag je actief bij aan andere initiatieven binnen het Store Operations domein.
