De rol van Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) bij Catwise; Zij bouwen software die het onderwijs écht beter maakt: makkelijker, menselijker en efficiënter. Veel systemen in het onderwijs hebben nog jaren '90 designs, terwijl leerlingen interfaces van TikTok en Snapchat gewend zijn. Ben jij een zeer ervaren Product/UX/UI Designer die niet alleen mooie schermen maakt, maar vooral extreem goed nadenkt over interactie, eenvoud en gebruiksgemak? Krijg jij energie van complexe functionaliteit terugbrengen tot een simpele, intuïtieve ervaring voor docenten en leerlingen? En wil je met Claude Design, Figma AI, Affinity, andere AI-tools en moderne design workflows direct impact maken op een product dat dagelijks door duizenden mensen wordt gebruikt? Dan is dit jouw rol. Waar jij verantwoordelijk voor wordt; Als Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) bij Catwise vertaal jij functionele wensen en productprioriteiten naar uitzonderlijk simpele, intuïtieve en consistente gebruikerservaringen. Je denkt verder dan alleen het design van schermen. Jij geeft de volledige interactie vorm: flow, keuzes, feedback, states, microcopy en elke klik die een gebruiker maakt. Je zorgt dat complexe functionaliteit logisch, rustig en makkelijk voelt. Productkwaliteit & gebruiksgemak; - Je vertaalt complexe functionele wensen naar simpele, intuïtieve gebruikerservaringen. - Je ontwerpt primair voor docenten en leerlingen. - Je denkt verder dan het scherm en ontwerpt de volledige interactie: flow, keuzes, feedback en states. - Je maakt zowel nieuwe features als verbetert bestaande onderdelen van het platform.
