The posting

Je neemt een centrale rol op in het ontwerp van HVAC-installaties voor uiteenlopende cleanroom projecten in de pharma-omgeving. Je denkt conceptueel, maar houdt tegelijk de praktische uitvoerbaarheid en energie-efficiëntie scherp in het oog. Samen met collega-ingenieurs, BIM-modelleurs en de opdrachtgever werk je aan duurzame technische installaties voor de gebouwen van morgen. Je vertaalt jouw concepten naar heldere documenten en modellen en blijft betrokken tijdens de uitvoering, zodat de installatie effectief oplevert wat op papier staat.

  • Ontwerpen van HVAC-installaties voor diverse en uitdagende cleanroom projecten in de pharma-sector.
  • Bepalen van installatieconcepten en energieconcepten in nauwe samenwerking met collega-ingenieurs, BIM-modelleurs en de opdrachtgever.
  • Zorgen voor maximaal aandacht voor duurzaam bouwen en rationeel energieverbruik in elk ontwerp.
  • Uitwerken van het ontwerp in een volledig bestek, een meetstaat en een 3D BIM-model van de technische installatie.
  • Opnemen van eigenaarschap over het volledige ontwerp van de technische installatie, van concept tot detail.
  • Technische opvolging van de uitvoering, zelf op de werf of als inhoudelijke begeleider van de project manager.

Je combineert inhoudelijke technische bagage met een sterke manier van samenwerken en communiceren. Je voelt je thuis in het ontwerpen van technische installaties en haalt voldoening uit het zoeken naar duurzame, toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Er wordt expliciet gerekend op een medior/senior niveau als projectingenieur.

  • Ervaring als projectingenieur, bij voorkeur op medior of senior niveau.
  • Je krijgt energie van het zoeken naar duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen en laat je graag inhoudelijk uitdagen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig, met een duidelijke focus op resultaten.
  • Klantgerichtheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je ondersteunt zowel collega's als externe klanten op een constructieve manier.
  • Je communiceert helder, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en pakt dossiers actief vast.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe methoden en zoekt bewust naar mogelijkheden om bestaande procedures te verbeteren.
