Je leidt complexe technische investeringsprojecten, onder andere op het gebied van automation, fire safety, security en de modernisering van automatiseringssystemen. De technische expertise is binnen de organisatie aanwezig. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen samenkomen, het project goed wordt georganiseerd en de scope daadwerkelijk wordt gerealiseerd. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden van CAPEX-projecten van project charter en kickoff tot oplevering. - Samenstellen en aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams. - Opstellen en bewaken van scope, planning, budget en risico's. - Coördineren van Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance en externe partners. - Bewaken van deadlines, voortgang en projectresultaten. - Stakeholders informeren en zorgen voor tijdige besluitvorming. - Zorgen voor een veilige en kwalitatieve oplevering van de projecten. De projecten hebben een omvang van circa €700.000 tot €2 miljoen en kunnen, afhankelijk van de fasering, één tot meerdere jaren lopen. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch. - Meerdere jaren ervaring als projectmanager binnen een industriële of technische omgeving. - Ervaring met CAPEX- of investeringsprojecten. - Sterke vaardigheden in projectorganisatie, stakeholdermanagement, planning en budgetbewaking. - Je bent een natuurlijke regisseur die verschillende disciplines weet te verbinden en projecten vooruitbrengt. - Ervaring binnen pharma, food, medical devices of een andere industriële omgeving is een pré. - Technische diepgang...
