Om de ambitieuze plannen verder te realiseren, is men voor de sites in de Haven van Antwerpen op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager die de leiding zal nemen over multidisciplinaire projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere modernisering en automatisering van de organisatie. Deze projecten hebben niet alleen een grote strategische impact, maar zullen ook bepalend zijn voor de toekomstige ontwikkeling van het bedrijf.

Jouw taken:

  • Het volledige beheer van multidisciplinaire projecten die bijdragen aan de modernisering en automatisering van de verschillende vestigingen, waarbij de focus ligt op automatisering, infrastructuurverbeteringen en digitalisering van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Opstellen van projectplannen volgens de PMO-projectmethodologie, waarbij je rekening houdt met het budget, timing en eventuele risico’s.
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen interen opdrachtgevers, externe leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Vertalen van operationele noden naar haalbare technische en digitale oplossingen en zorgen voor een vlotte acceptatie van projectresultaten en een correcte overdracht naar operations.
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang aan het management en de verschillende stakeholders.
  • Aantrekkelijk salaris, wagen met laadkaart en een volledig pakket aan extralegale voordelen.
