- Medior (3 - 10 jaar ervaring) - - - Als Senior Projectadministrateur zorg jij dat de financiële projectadministratie van onze afdeling Gestuurd Boren klopt én actueel blijft. Dat is geen kleine portefeuille: binnen de afdeling lopen jaarlijks zo'n 1.100 tot 1.500 projecten van verschillende omvang, met gezamenlijk circa €75 miljoen aan omzet. Je bent de schakel tussen projectleiding, het afdelingshoofd en Business Control en zorgt dat onderhanden werk, kosten, productie en facturatie goed aansluiten. Je analyseert, stelt vragen, zoekt verschillen uit en zorgt dat openstaande punten daadwerkelijk worden opgelost. Het is een hands-on seniorrol: je werkt zelf mee in de administratie én krijgt de ruimte om de projectadministratie verder te professionaliseren. Op termijn kan daar ook de functionele begeleiding van meerdere administratieve collega's bij komen. Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de projectadministratie van Gestuurd Boren. - zorgen voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige projectregistratie; - wekelijks actualiseren en bewaken van het onderhanden werk op basis van kosten en productie; - analyseren van kosten en verder de diepte ingaan wanneer resultaten afwijken; - bewaken van projectmarges, kostenregistratie en financiële voortgang; - signaleren van afwijkingen en deze bespreken met projectleiding, afdelingshoofd en Business Control; - controleren van boekingen, coderingen, autorisaties en projectdocumentatie; - actief opvolgen van openstaande acties en administratieve achterstanden; - ondersteunen van projectteams bij financiële en administratieve vraagstukken; - hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld richting bedrijfseconomie, finance of bedrijfsadministratie; - minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen projectadministratie, projectcontrol of een vergelijkbare financiële projectomgeving; - ervaring met projectfinanciën, facturatie, onderhanden werk en kostenregistratie; - ervaring met he...
