Binnen deze functie krijg je de kans om bouwprojecten van A tot Z op te volgen binnen energetische renovaties en restauratieprojecten. Je neemt een centrale rol op tussen klanten, architecten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en uitvoering. Dankzij jouw ervaring behoud je overzicht, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je voor een vlotte voortgang tot en met de oplevering. Tegelijk kom je terecht in een hechte kmo waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheer bouwprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Coördineer leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Volg planning, budgetten en vorderingsstaten op
  • Organiseer werfvergaderingen en werfcontroles
  • Stuur arbeiders en onderaannemers aan

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerde bouwspeler die zich focust op energetische renovaties van gebouwschillen en restauratieprojecten van monumenten. De projecten bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen overheidsopdrachten en vragen een doordachte aanpak, nauwkeurige opvolging en sterke samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Binnen de organisatie heerst een familiale sfeer waarbij projectleiders veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgen en rechtstreeks samenwerken met de zaakvoerder en het hoofd uitvoering. Hoewel je meestal op de baan bent, wordt er waarde gehecht aan regelmatig overleg en kennisdeling met collega's.

  • Master bouwkunde en 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de bouw
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams op de werf
