Als Senior Projectleider Vastgoed geef je richting aan omvangrijke en complexe nieuwbouw en verduurzamingsprojecten. Projecten die ertoe doen voor onze bewoners en die bijdragen aan de maatschappelijke ambities van Alwel. Vanaf de eerste verkenning en haalbaarheidsstudie tot en met de uitvoering, oplevering en overdracht houd jij de regie. Je vertaalt ambities naar heldere projectkaders, brengt kansen en risico's zorgvuldig in beeld en bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en het budget. Je bereidt besluitvorming voor, voert onderhandelingen met externe partijen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de projectrapportages. Daarbij verlies je het uiteindelijke doel nooit uit het oog: een goed en toekomstbestendig resultaat voor onze bewoners. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategische vraagstukken en de dagelijkse praktijk van een project. Als professioneel opdrachtgever stuur en inspireer je interne en externe projectteams. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, bewoners, gemeenten, adviseurs, aannemers en andere samenwerkingspartners. Ook wanneer belangen verschillen, houd jij verbinding, organiseer je tegenspraak en werk je toe naar gedragen en besluitvaardige oplossingen. Met jouw helikopterview, overtuigingskracht en ondernemende houding breng je projecten vooruit.
