Tijdens het project durf je autonome beslissingen te nemen en streef je voortdurend naar verbeteringen. Naast de realisatie draag je financiële verantwoordelijkheid en krijg je de vrijheid om nieuwe opdrachten binnen te halen. In deze rol heb je de taak om de veiligheid, kwaliteit, risico's, voortgang en kosten van het project te bewaken. Indien nodig stuur je bij wanneer zaken anders lopen dan voorzien. Daarnaast onderhoud je professionele relaties met opdrachtgevers. Naast je kerntaken speel je een cruciale coachende rol, waarbij je Junior Projectleiders begeleidt in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd waarborg je een succesvolle uitvoering van de projecten. Spreekt dit jou aan?
