Als Senior Projectleider Daken bij onze opdrachtgever in Beverwijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces. Je richt je hierbij specifiek op uitdagende projecten binnen de hellende daken (zoals pannen, leien en kapconstructies). Van voorbereiding en opstart tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg: jij hebt de leiding. Als gedreven Senior Projectleider Daken zorg je dat kwaliteit, planning, kosten en klanttevredenheid strak in balans zijn. Zie je kansen of risico's? Dan stuur je direct bij en adviseer je het team bij complexe vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Senior Projectleider Daken bestaan je werkzaamheden uit: - Projectbeheer: Aansturen van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten aan hellende daken van A tot Z. - Planning & Financiën: Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, budgetten en voortgang. - Aansturing: Begeleiden van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers op de locatie. - Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen (Wkb) en werkplekinspecties. - Contact & Advies: Sparren met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega-projectleiders.
