Als Senior Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het project Enterprise Service Management. Ontwerp servicemanagementketen • Impactanalyse op organisatie, processen, systemen en governance • Uitwerking van een operating model en governance • Vastgestelde scope van processen en diensten • Implementatie - en adoptieplan voor alle diensten en faculteiten Implementatie van het ESM - platform • Gefaseerde migratie van bestaande oplossingen (Topdesk, Freshdesk, ASK en overige servicemanagementtoepassingen) • Voorbereiding van de vervanging en migratie van de servicemanagement - en ticketingfunctionaliteit die momenteel binnen Planon wordt gebruikt Voorbereiding nieuwe beheerorganisatie en overdracht naar de lijnorganisatie Dit project wordt uitgevoerd door de Dienst Erasmus Digitalisation & Information Services (EDIS) in nauwe samenwerking met Informatiemanagement, Portfolio Management Office en Project Portfolio Board. Als Senior Projectleider rapporteer je aan Portfolio Manager EDIS / de CIO en ressorteer je hiërarchisch onder de CIO. Voor de Eisen aan het profiel zie Hoofdstuk 3. Functieprofiel .
