Kun jij technische en complexe organisatorische vraagstukken snel doorzien en ben je in staat om met diverse stakeholders te schakelen? Dankzij jou wordt Amsterdam nog beter bereikbaar. Dit ga je doen Als senior projectleider leid je complexe infrastructurele projecten die bijdragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van Amsterdam. Bijvoorbeeld de uitbreiding van Station Amsterdam Zuid, waar je zorgt voor een efficiëntere doorstroming van reizigers en een betere bereikbaarheid. Je bewaakt het volledige proces van de projectintake tot de oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen de tijd, het budget en de kwaliteitsnormen blijft. Jouw expertise kan worden ingezet voor projecten rond metro, tram en energie. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties met (potentiële) opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders en zorgt voor duidelijke verwachtingen en een gedegen plan van aanpak. Daarnaast begeleid je het technische en administratieve proces, van het opstellen van offertes tot het maken van gedetailleerde plannen voor onderzoek, ontwerp en realisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen goed worden geïnformeerd en de communicatie soepel verloopt. In samenwerking met het projectteam zorg je voor de juiste samenstelling en benodigde kennis en capaciteit. Je managet de samenwerking met leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen alle partijen. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor aanbestedingen en het beheren van contracten.
