Als projectleider wind leid je complexe projecten in een bestuurlijk en maatschappelijk gevoelige omgeving en verbind je gemeenten, initiatiefnemers, inwoners en collega's. Zo help je mee om de ambities van Overijssel voor duurzame energie waar te maken. Jouw uitdaging als senior projectleider wind Als projectleider wind werk je binnen het programma Nieuwe Energie Overijssel (NEO) aan de realisatie van de provinciale ambities voor windenergie. Het doel is om voor 2030 2 terawattuur windenergie op te wekken, goed voor ongeveer 90 extra windturbines. Samen met gemeenten en initiatiefnemers werk je aan projecten die bijdragen aan deze ambitie én aan een goede inpassing in de omgeving. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten en zorgt dat afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Je coördineert de provinciale rol als bevoegd gezag, bewaakt de voortgang en werkt samen met gemeenten, initiatiefnemers en het provinciale procedureteam aan een zorgvuldig verloop van de formele procedures. Ook zorg je dat lokaal eigendom en participatie van inwoners en maatschappelijke organisaties goed worden vormgegeven. Daarnaast vervul je de rol van omgevingsmanager. Je onderhoudt actief contact met betrokken partijen, brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar en treedt waar nodig op als bemiddelaar. Je signaleert maatschappelijke, politieke en omgevingsrisico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete maatregelen. Je brengt jouw ervaring en inzichten bovendien in bij de verdere beleidsontwikkeling.
