Senior Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling (Bouw) De functie Jouw rol en impact Als Senior Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de integrale ontwikkeling van het buitenterrein van de campus van het UMC Utrecht. Je werkt aan een ambitieus programma met een omvang van ongeveer €150 miljoen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - De ontwikkeling van een nieuw stedenbouwkundig kader en omgevingsplan - De realisatie van een parkeervoorziening met 2.600 plaatsen - De vervangende nieuwbouw van het Ronald McDonald Huis - De inrichting van het terrein tot een groene 'common green ' Je opereert in een complex speelveld met veel verschillende belangen en stakeholders. Hierin neem jij de regie en zorg je dat plannen ook echt gerealiseerd worden. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij van begin tot eindverantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van complexe gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. Je start in de planfase, waarin je richting geeft aan de ontwikkeling van het gebied en ambities vertaalt naar concrete, haalbare plannen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze plannen worden uitgewerkt in heldere programma's van eisen en gedragen ontwerpen, waarbij je continu oog houdt voor samenhang, haalbaarheid en kwaliteit. Gedurende het hele proces houd je scherp de regie. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt op planning en budget en zor...
