Als senior projectondersteuner bij Rijkswaterstaat in Haarlem breng jij overzicht, help je collega's en zorg je dat projectteams verder kunnen. Wat ga je doen? Een goed voorbereid overleg, duidelijke afspraken en acties die worden opgevolgd: jouw werk helpt de projectteams vooruit. Je ondersteunt projecten zoals Dijkversterking Marken en tijdelijke maatregelen bij Veerhaven Den Helder Texel en Spui/Gemaal IJmuiden. Je werkt binnen het team B-Vaarwegen. Samen met de projectmanager en de teams voor integraal projectmanagement (IPM) zorg je dat het werk goed georganiseerd is. Collega's komen bij jou voor informatie en hulp. Je denkt vooruit en stelt verbeteringen voor. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je plant en bereidt overleggen voor en houdt rekening met de deelnemers. - Je maakt korte, duidelijke notulen waarin de belangrijkste punten staan. - Je stelt agenda's op en houdt lijsten met acties en besluiten bij. - Je beheert de agenda's van de projectmanager en de verantwoordelijken binnen het IPM-team. - Je kijkt samen met de projectmanager en manager projectbeheersing welke overleggen nodig zijn. Je bespreekt het als overleggen elkaar overlappen. - Je organiseert bijeenkomsten en houdt overzichten voor het projectteam bij. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Je slaat documenten op in SharePoint/Connect 3.0 en verstuurt e-mails over de projecten. Je hoort ook bij een groep projectondersteuners. Jullie leren van elkaar, delen ervaring en nemen waar nodig werk over als een collega kort verlof heeft....
