dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie In Rotterdam leid je als Senior QA/QC Manager het kwaliteitsmanagement van een grootschalig CO2-project, van Quality Management System tot inspecties en oplevering. De functie Als Senior QA/QC Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle QA/QC-aspecten binnen een grootschalig CO2-transport- en opslagproject in Rotterdam. Je zet een integraal Quality Management System op, coördineert inspecties en Notified Bodies en borgt uitvoering volgens Inspection & Test Plans. Daarnaast bewaak je compliance met ASME, API, ASTM, NACE en relevante regelgeving, en zorg je voor kwaliteitsdossiers en overdracht aan de toekomstige Asset Owner. Jouw taken - Opzetten en implementeren van een integraal Project Quality Management System waarin de deliverables van verschillende deelprojecten samenkomen. - Aansturen en coördineren van alle QA/QC-activiteiten en van QC-inspecteurs en externe inspecteurs voor onder meer welding, piping, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical en instrumentation. - Coördineren van de Keuringsdienst voor Gebruik en andere Notified Bodies, inclusief voortgang en formele goedkeuring van vereiste documentatie. - Borgen dat hold points, witness points en surveillance points volgens de Inspection & Test Plans worden uitgevoerd. - Bewaken van compliance met projectvereisten en relevante codes en standaarden, waaronder ASME, API, ASTM, NACE en nationale en lokale regelgeving. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van EPC-contractors op QA/QC-gebied en beoordelen van belangrijke kwaliteitsdeliverables. - Managen van het afwijkingenproces, inclusief identificatie, root cause analysis, disposition (repair/rework/acceptance) en close-out, en analyseren van afwijkingentrends. - Voorbereiden van kwaliteitsdossiers voor audits en zorgen voor volledige afronding, opslag en overdracht van QA/QC-documentatie, waaronder test packs, inspectierapporten en materiaalcertificaten, aan de toekomstige Asset Owner....
