Dankzij jouw ervaring maak je dagelijks het verschil voor kandidaten, klanten én collega's. Als Senior Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, spreken en plaatsen van kandidaten voor uiteenlopende functies binnen het MKB. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers en zorgt voor duurzame matches die werken voor de lange termijn. Je voert gesprekken via telefoon, WhatsApp, videocalls en persoonlijke ontmoetingen. Of het nu gaat om een logistiek medewerker, customer service medewerker of orderpicker, jij weet snel talent, motivatie en potentieel te herkennen. Daarnaast denk je mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van recruitment binnen de vestiging. Je deelt kennis met collega's, begeleidt waar nodig en helpt processen slimmer en effectiever te maken.
