Dit ga je doen Als Senior Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces en de doorontwikkeling hiervan binnen jouw portfolio. Jij weet niet alleen kandidaten te plaatsen, maar bent ook een Recruiter die verwachtingen weet te managen. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner(s) om de bedrijven in jouw portfolio optimaal te ondersteunen. Als Senior Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Proactief sourcen en benaderen van kandidaten; - Voeren van gesprekken en begeleiden van het volledige selectieproces; - Adviseren van hiring managers en directie samen met de HRPB(s); - Optimaliseren van de candidate experience; - Actief bijdragen aan employer branding en arbeidsmarktpositie; - Analyseren van recruitment data. Dit ben jij - Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Recruiter, bij voorkeur in een afwisselende omgeving; - Je bent sterk advisering; - Je bent analytisch en werkt graag data-gedreven; - Proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht; - Je hebt ervaring met sourcing en moderne recruitmenttools; - Je hebt met verschillende profielen gewerkt, van verkoopadviseur tot aan Business Controller.
