Dit wordt jouw functie Je komt te werken op onze hoofdvestiging in Sliedrecht en maakt onderdeel uit van het recruitmentteam. In jouw rol ben je het eerste gezicht van Advizo en aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en opdrachtgevers. Samen met je collega’s draag je zorg voor het uitbreiden van ons netwerk en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van Advizo. Als (Senior) Recruitment Consultant ga je De werkzaamheden van een (Senior) Recruitment Consultant omvatten o.a.:

- Je beoordeelt profielen en voert intakegesprekken;

- Je benadert potentiële kandidaten (en later mogelijk ook klanten);

- Je searcht actief online naar potentiële kandidaten;

- Je beoordeelt aan de hand van de intakegesprekken, in welke functie professionals het beste tot hun recht zullen komen;

- In het sollicitatieproces begeleid en adviseer je kandidaten. Je verzorgt het hele traject; van sollicitatie tot plaatsing. En ook tijdens de detachering, blijf jij betrokken bij je professional en de organisatie;

- Maar daar blijft het niet bij! Jouw functie is afwisselend, je schakelt de hele dag door met collega’s en professionals, reageert adequaat op vragen en stelt geschikte kandidaten voor.

Professioneel - maar spontaan en toegankelijk - sta jij iedereen te woord en denkt in mogelijkheden. Als (Senior) Recruitment Consultant bij Advizo ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle taken rondom werving en selectie. Je beoordeelt profielen en voert intakegesprekken. Je hebt lef en benadert gemakkelijk potentiële kandidaten en klanten en maakt hiervoor onder andere gebruik van online sourcen en social media. Je bent goed in staat kandidaten op hun gemak te stellen en kunt goed beoordelen in welke functie zij het beste tot hun recht zullen komen. In het sollicitatieproces begeleid en adviseer je kandidaten. Maar daar blijft het niet bij! Je schakelt makkelijk en snel met opdrachtgevers, reageert adequaat op aanvragen, stelt geschikte kandidaten voor en verzorgt het hele trajec
