Senior Salarisadministrateur, Bleiswijk Confido finance Bleiswijk, Zuid-Holland Fulltime €4.000,00 - €5.500,00 per maand Geplaatst op 11 augustus 2026 Salarisadministratie Functieomschrijving: In Bleiswijk zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde Senior Salarisadministrateur die de salarisafdeling komt versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig verwerken van (ook complexe) salarisadministraties voor verschillende cliënten. Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte salarisverwerking en fungeert als vraagbaak voor medewerkers en cliënten over salarisgerelateerde onderwerpen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de verwerking van mutaties, het opstellen van periodieke rapportages en het coördineren van de salarisadministratie binnen het team. Deze functie biedt volop mogelijkheden om je kennis verder uit te breiden en door te groeien binnen de organisatie naar Hoofd Salarisadministratie. Wat heb je nodig: - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Payroll of Personeelszaken. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met salarisadministratie en diepgaande kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Ervaring met salarissoftware en MS Office. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid. - Proactieve houding en oog voor detail.
