Wir stellen ein: 1 Senior Sales Manger/in B2B & MICE Das erwartet Sie:

* Aktiver Vertrieb und Positionierung unserer Locations und Eventangebote im B2B- und MICE-Segment

* Gezielte Neukund/innenakquise im nationalen und internationalen Corporate- und Eventumfeld

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines starken Netzwerks zu Unternehmen, Agenturen und Veranstaltern

* Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Sales- und Marktbearbeitungsmaßnahmen (Roadshows, Sales Calls, Fam Trips, Kundenevents)

* Systematische Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Leistungsträger/innen, Locations und internen Bereichen (z. B. Marketing, Tourismus, Reservierung)

* Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und Trends im Business-Event-Segment

* Aufbau langfristiger, nachhaltiger Key Accounts und Partnerschaften

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Tourismus, Hospitality oder Vertrieb

* Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, vorzugsweise im Bereich MICE & Events

* Nachweisbare Stärke in Neukund/innenakquise und Geschäftsaufbau

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Bestehendes Netzwerk im Corporate- oder Eventbereich von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Abschlussstärke, gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Begeisterung für den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Kund/innenbeziehungen
